Notes:

  • All transfers are subject to compliance checks by our team or partners, which may occasionally result in delays for your recipient in receiving the funds. Our team might email Admin and Finance users for additional details or documents needed to process your transfer. While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when your recipient will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.

  • CHATS transfer: Typically processed within 2–4 hours if submitted before 5:30 PM HKT on a business day.

  • Local USD transfers are not available for cross-border transfers between different countries (e.g., Hong Kong to Singapore). For these transfers, you must use SWIFT international transfers.

  • Telegraphic Transfers (TT) are not supported.

Sending foreign currencies

You can send various foreign currencies to recipients within their currency's home country (local transfer).

For detailed requirements specific to each currency, visit the relevant currency-specific guide.
