What types of beneficiaries can I transfer PLN to?
You can send PLN payments to individual and business accounts in Poland.
Payment Types
PLN transfers are sent via SWIFT to domestic accounts in Poland, using the recipient's IBAN.
Name Checks
No name verification is required for PLN transfers.
Is there a limit on the amount I can send?
Transfer Limit: PLN 5,000,000 per transfer
How long does it take for the funds to reach the beneficiary?
Cut-off Times: 8:00 PM SGT (Singapore Time)
Delivery Estimate: Typically up to 1 business day after currency conversion is completed
Notes:
Currency conversion can take up to 2 business days from the time your transfer is approved.
No payouts are processed during weekends or Poland public holidays.
Transfers submitted after the cut-off times will be processed at the next available window.
What will the sender's name be reflected as?
Your business name will be displayed as the sender on the recipient's bank statement.
What types of payments are restricted?
Aspire does not support PLN transfers related to taxes and insurance fees to
governmental bodies.
What information should I include when sending PLN transfers?
Recipient and Transfer Details:
When initiating the transfer in the Aspire app, Admin and Finance Users will be asked to provide:
Recipient name
Must contain at least 2 parts (minimum 2 characters each)
Must use Latin alphabet characters
Account number (one of the following formats)
Local bank account format: 26 digits
IBAN format: 28 characters (PL + 26 digits)
Reference: Up to 35 characters
Traces and Recalls
Traces: Trace requests are supported.
Recalls: Recall requests are not supported.
To request a trace, contact Aspire Support Team via the Aspire app.
Bounceback
If your transfer is rejected by the recipient's bank, the funds will be returned to your Aspire account within 5 - 10 business days. In some cases, this may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing time.
