You can send AUD payments to individual and business accounts in Australia.

No name verification is required for AUD transfers.
Is there a limit on the amount I can send?
Transfer Limit: AUD 1,500,000 per transfer
How long does it take for the funds to reach the beneficiary?
Cut-off Times: Multiple processing windows throughout the day, every 2-3 hours from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM the next day (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time).
Delivery Estimate: 0-2 business days after currency conversion is completed.
Notes:
Currency conversion can take up to 2 business days from the time your transfer is approved.
No payouts are processed during weekends or Australia public holidays.
Transfers submitted after the cut-off times will be processed at the next available window.
What will the sender's name be reflected as?
Your business name will be displayed as the sender on the recipient's bank statement.
What information should I include when sending AUD transfers?
Recipient and Transfer Details:
When initiating the transfer in the Aspire app, Admin and Finance Users will be asked to provide:
Full recipientʼs or business name: Up to 35 characters and (Latin characters a-z only)
BSB code: 6 digits
Account number: Minimum 4 and maximum 9 digits
Recipientʼs full address: Optional, PO boxes are not accepted
Reference up to 18 characters (optional)
Traces and Recalls
Traces: Trace requests are supported. You will need to provide the recipient's bank statement to initiate a trace request.
Recalls: Recall requests are supported for the following valid reasons:
Incorrect recipient name
Incorrect account number
Fraud-related cases
To request a trace or recall, contact Aspire Support Team via the Aspire app.
Bounceback
If your transfer is rejected by the recipient's bank, the funds will typically be returned to your Aspire account within 1-3 business days. In some cases, bouncebacks may take up to 2 weeks or longer depending on the recipient bank's processing time.
