What types of beneficiaries can I transfer PHP to?
You can send PHP payments to individual and business accounts in the Philippines.
Payment Types
You can send PHP via:
Local bank transfer
Mobile wallet
Name Checks
Local bank transfer: Name verification is required for PHP transfers.
Mobile wallet: Name verification is not required for PHP transfers.
Is there a limit on the amount I can send?
Local bank transfer: PHP 9,000,000 per transfer
Mobile wallet: PHP 50,000 per transfer
How long does it take for the funds to reach the beneficiary?
Cut-off Times:
Mobile wallet or bank transfer under PHP 50,000: 24/7 processing
Bank transfer PHP 50,000 and above: 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 4:00 PM PHT (Philippine Time).
Delivery Estimate: Typically instant to 1 hour after currency conversion is completed.
Notes:
Currency conversion can take up to 2 business days from the time your transfer is approved.
No payouts are processed during weekends or Philippine public holidays.
Transfers submitted after the cut-off times will be processed at the next available window.
What will the sender's name be reflected as?
Your business name will be displayed as the sender on the recipient's bank statement.
What information should I include when sending PHP transfers?
Recipient and Transfer Details:
When initiating the transfer in the Aspire app, Admin and Finance Users will be asked to provide:
Recipient's full name or business name: As registered on the bank account
Bank Name
Account number: 6 - 18 digits
Full address
Reference: Up to 35 characters
For mobile wallet: Beneficiary mobile number (starting with +63 or 09)
Traces and Recalls
Traces: Trace requests are not supported.
Recalls: Recall requests are supported only for fraud-related cases.
To request a recall, contact Aspire Support Team via the Aspire app.
Bounceback
If your transfer is rejected by the recipient's bank, the funds will be returned to your Aspire account within 2 - 5 business days.
