What types of beneficiaries can I transfer IDR to?
You can send IDR payments to individual and business accounts in Indonesia.
Payment Types
You can send IDR via:
Local bank transfer
E-wallets (GoPay, ShopeePay, DANA, OVO)
Name Checks
Name verification is required for IDR transfers.
If your recipient has only one name, enter it twice to proceed (e.g., Weny Weny) .
Is there a limit on the amount I can send?
Local bank transfers:
Minimum: IDR 10,000 per transfer
Maximum: Up to IDR 490,000,000 per transfer
E-wallet transfers: Up to IDR 20,000,000 per transfer
Note: Each mobile wallet might impose additional monthly limits, for example, based on account verification status. If you're unsure whether a specific transfer will be received successfully, you can check with the recipient prior to sending.
How long does it take for the funds to reach the beneficiary?
Cut-off Times:
Local bank transfers: Varies by recipient bank
E-wallet transfers: Processed 24/7
Delivery Estimate: Typically, instant after currency conversion is completed
Notes:
Currency conversion can take up to 2 business days from the time your transfer is approved.
No payouts are processed during weekends or Indonesia public holidays.
Transfers submitted after the cut-off times will be processed at the next available window.
What will the sender's name be reflected as?
Your business name will be displayed as the sender on the recipient's bank statement.
What types of payments are restricted?
Payouts to LinkAja are temporarily unavailable due to technical issues.
What information should I include when sending IDR transfers?
Recipient and Transfer Details:
When initiating the transfer in the Aspire app, Admin and Finance Users will be asked to provide:
Full individual or business name: Up to 35 characters only
For local bank transfer: Account number (7-18 digits long)
For e-wallet transfer: Recipient's mobile phone number starting with +62
Transfer purpose (required)
Traces and Recalls
Trace and recall requests are not supported for IDR transfers. Please verify all recipient details carefully before submitting your transfer.
Bounceback
If your transfer is rejected by the recipient's bank, the funds will be returned to your Aspire account within 1-3 business days.
