Why is my purchase on Tokopedia and Blibli being rejected?

There are limitations when making purchases on Tokopedia and Blibli with Aspire Cards.

You can only make purchases/transactions for Physical Goods on the Tokopedia and Blibli website. You cannot purchase digital services (pay bills/utilities or mobile service) etc.

Tokopedia and Blibli's rigorous fraud detection system can sometimes cause a transaction rejection for no reason or warning.

If you face this issue in Tokopedia, please check here to see if the reason is already listed. Additionally, you can check here to find further information on what goods and services can be purchased on Blibli.
