There might be a few reasons why your Aspire Card has been frozen:
1. You manager or Admin has frozen your card
If this is the case, you may request the Admin to unfreeze the card.

2. Your Aspire account may be put on hold
One reason why your card was frozen is that your Aspire account may be put on hold. Aspire account constantly reviews all accounts to ensure it's aligned with our internal policies.
