Why You Should Freeze Your Business Account
If you observe any potential security breaches or fraudulent actions, whether it’s related to your account details or monetary transactions, Admin users can freeze the Aspire business account immediately.
By freezing your account, you can prevent large-scale losses from your account and protect sensitive business information.
During the process, our Support Team will diligently investigate and resolve the issue before unfreezing your business account.
Steps on freezing the business account
On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Settings" in the upper right corner and select "Security" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Settings", and then select "Security".
Select "Freeze business account"
Select the business(es) you want to freeze and place the reason why you are freezing your account, then hit "Next"
Place the 4-digit OTP sent to your registered email address
Click "Yes, confirm" as a final confirmation of this action, and that's it!
What happens after you freeze your business account?
Upon freezing your business account, a banner will appear on your Dashboard, visible to all users of the Aspire account. Moreover, an email confirmation will be sent to all users informing them of this action.
Our Support team will contact you shortly to process the investigation.
Additionally, certain actions will be restricted when your business account is frozen:
All existing cards will be frozen and no new cards and budgets can be created.
All outbound transfers including scheduled transfers and currency conversions will be
blocked.
API access will be blocked.
All user roles will be downgraded with limited access until the account is unfrozen.
Adding new users and business accounts will be blocked.
QRIS payments will be blocked.
Inbound transfers including payment gateway will not be affected.
Nevertheless, Inbound transfers including payment gateway will not be affected.
Note: After reporting a fraudulent card transaction in-app, you can be redirected to the free business account page as well by clicking "Go to settings".
