Accessing Your USD Local Account Details
Admin users must activate the USD Account details to receive and store transfers to the Aspire USD Account.
Note: Only certain clients can have the USD Local Account Details based on our partner's Terms & Conditions. However, you can still receive transfers to your USD Account using the USD SWIFT Account Details.
Once activated, Admin and Finance users can share the account details with the sender by following the guide below:
Login to your Aspire account
Click on "USD Account" under Accounts
Click on "See Local details" under the Local Account Details tab
Click on "Share details"
Choose whether you want to "Download official letter" or "Copy payment instructions". Either way, you can share the local account details with your sender!
Note:
We are not able to receive ELECTRONICS FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT)
Your Aspire USD Account under CurrencyCloud is unable to send or receive crypto-related transfers.

Note: *We partner with Community Federal Savings Bank to collect the money locally in the US. Your USD funds are held with DBS in Singapore.

Note: *Transfers are subjected to compliance checks. Our team may email you to ask for further details or documents before we release your transfer. While we will do our best to expedite these reviews, Aspire can not be held responsible for any delays arising from such reviews.
Supported Currency & Country
Your USD Local account details can only receive USD transfers from within the US.
Any funds received into your Aspire USD local account details from an account outside the US will be automatically returned to the sender. It could take between 5-10 days for the funds to be received by the sender.
We are not able to guarantee if the exact amount will be returned because there could be intermediary bank fees involved, which is beyond our control.
Please use your Aspire USD SWIFT account details to receive funds from accounts outside the US.
