When your Aspire card has been charged for multiple transaction attempts, you may resolve this directly with the merchant beforehand.

If the merchant insists that you should resolve this with Aspire instead, you may raise the dispute request in-app by following the steps by steps in Guide to Raising Dispute for Unauthorised Transactions on Aspire cards.

Notes:

  • When disputing multiple charges in the app, please select "Dispute Transaction" and choose "Duplicate Billing" as the reason.

  • To support your dispute, kindly provide evidence of your attempts to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. This may include emails, screenshots, or merchant statements.
