What are the new requirements for my password?
To make your account as secure as possible, your password must contain the following:
Min 9 Characters
1 Upper Case letter
1 Lower Case Letter
1 Number
1 Special Character
Notes:
Users cannot use their previous password as a new password
Password cannot contain consecutive numbers or alphabets (e.g: 123, 456) or consecutive alphabets (e.g: abc, def)
How to change your PIN to Password:
First Method
Click on " Forgot PIN?" button on the log-in page
Second Method
On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Settings" in the upper right corner and select "Security" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Settings", and then select "Security".
Click "Change Login PIN to alphanumeric password" then follow user flow
