On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Personal Details" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Personal Details"
Click on the "Update" button next to the email address detail
Perform the security checks, which include inserting the PIN number or biometric scan, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
Proceed to input and verify your new email address
