On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Personal Details" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Personal Details"
Click on the "Update" button next to the mobile number detail
Perform the security checks, which includes inserting the PIN number or biometric scan, the One Time Password (OTP), and the security questions
Proceed to input and verify your new phone number

Users with Chinese phone numbers (+86) will need to reach out to Support for assistance in changing the number.
