You can set up fingerprint or facial authentication in your Aspire app if your phone supports it. Before you set up your biometric authentication, please ensure the following items:
Make sure you have enabled biometric authentication in your phone settings.
In the Aspire app, you can enable biometric authentication at the first login or in the settings page of the app. You will find toggles for 'Fingerprint authentication' and/or 'Facial recognition'.
Most Android phones, as well as some older iPhones, support fingerprint authentication. Otherwise, facial recognition is offered in place of fingerprint.
This type of authentication can be used for any operation that requires your identification, such as logging in or making transfers. Follow the written guide underneath to activate your Biometric authentication:
Open the Aspire mobile app
Click on "Account", select "Settings", then choose "Security"
Toggle button for "Biometric login"
Click "Enable biometric login"
Fill in the 4-digit OTP code that was sent to your registered email
Now, you can use biometric authentication to log in to the Aspire mobile app!
