How to update personal account details?

Full Name

Please fill out this form so we can manually update your full name on our end.

Please have a copy of your updated passport or NRIC ready. Our Support team will get back to you within one business day.

Preferred Name

We will use your preferred name to address you in Aspire platform and any communications you receive from us. Please note the following:

  • Your preferred name is only visible to yourself and not to the other users.

  • Your legal name will be used for official matters such as account statements.

To update your preferred name:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Personal Details" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Personal Details"

  2. Click the "Update" button right next to "Preferred Name"

  3. Place your preferred name on the field, hit "Save" and that's it!

Personal address

Please fill out this form so we can manually edit your personal address on our end.

Please have a copy of your proof of address in the last 3 months (e.g. utility bills, phone bills, bank statements, rental agreements, or contracts). Our Support team will get back to you within 1 business day.

Personal bank account details for receiving Claims

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Personal Details" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Personal Details"

  2. Click the "Update" button right next to "Bank Account Details"

  3. Place your login password, then enter the email OTP

  4. Answer the security questions (ID type used during registration, ID number, and your date of birth), then hit "Confirm"

  5. Update your bank account details

  6. Once done, hit "Continue", and that's it!
