To change or update your business details, follow the steps below:
1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Business Details" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Business Details"
2. Click “Update” next to each item you like to update:
Number of employees
Annual revenue
Business locations*
Payment Requirements*
Notes:
*Finance users can also update Business Locations and Payment Requirements in-app.
Payment Requirements will be refreshed automatically every 6 months based on your spending in Aspire.
3. To update the business legal name, entity type & business registration number (UEN), business address, or website, Admin and Finance users should fill out the request form by clicking the "click here" link at the bottom of the page.
Note: When updating your business address, please prepare a recent proof of address document (issued within the last 3 months), such as a utility bill, lease agreement, or government notice showing your company name and new address.
4. After completing the form, click "Submit."
Your request will be sent to our team, and we will respond within 3 - 5 business days.
Notes:
Unverified accounts cannot update business details in-app. Please chat with our Support Team to request these updates instead.
Checking your updated address
Once your address change has been approved, the update will automatically reflect in your Aspire dashboard.
To confirm the change, you can export an account statement from your account. Your new business address will appear on statements generated after the update is completed.
