Guide to Activating PayNow Details

Businesses incorporated in Singapore can activate PayNow details to begin receiving payments via QR Code and VPA!

For businesses incorporated in Singapore

Admins can easily activate PayNow within the Aspire app by selecting SGD Account from the home dashboard and then clicking on PayNow details.

You should receive another email confirmation once your PayNow details are activated. Once activated, you will be presented with two options to receive payments via PayNow—QR code and VPA.

After you request to activate your PayNow details in-app, you should receive an email from us (Email Subject: We have received your PayNow request for [Company Name]) that will require you to complete this Paynow Request Form.

In the event you did not submit the form within 3 days, your PayNow request would not have been processed.

  • If you have completed the form, please chat with our Support team by clicking the green bubble on the lower part of the screen so we can look into the status of your application.

  • If you did NOT complete the form, please complete it via the form link above, and we will process this for you.

Typically the activation takes an estimated 5 working days but can take longer if Aspire has additional KYC questions from our PayNow partner according to their Terms and Conditions.

Why am I unable to request Paynow on my other SGD virtual accounts?

Aspire is able to issue the same business multiple SGD virtual accounts, however, we are only able to issue one Paynow-In QR Code/VPA per Business Registration Number/UEN, tagged to one virtual account.

If you already have Paynow activated for one SGD virtual account, you may notice that you are unable to request Paynow on your other SGD virtual accounts under the same business.

We regret to inform you that PayNow activation is exclusively available for businesses incorporated in Singapore.
