Why is my purchase on Tokopedia being rejected?

There are limitations when making purchases on Tokopedia with Aspire Cards.

You can only make purchases/transactions for Physical Goods on the Tokopedia website. You cannot purchase digital services (pay bills/utilities or mobile service) etc.

Tokopedia's rigorous fraud detection system can sometimes cause a transaction rejection for no reason or warning.
