How to Cancel/Recall Outbound Aspire EUR Transfer
Updated over a week ago

We are only permitted to issue a request for recall of SWIFT transfers if the circumstance falls under any of the following categories:

  • Fraud (we'll require a crime reference number if requested)

  • Duplicate transfers

  • Incorrect beneficiary details

  • Wrong transfer details

Recall requests (i.e. requests to return completed transfers) are only performed on a 'best endeavours' basis. These requests require cooperation from the intermediary and receiving banks, together with approval from the recipient of the transfer.

This process is manual for banks, hence there is no definitive timeline on the successful return of funds. Typically recall requests take 10 working days to a month.

To place a Recall Request, please contact our Support team via the Aspire app and confirm the transaction ID of the transfer you want to recall. Our team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
