Notes:

  • *Your SWIFT SGD Account is based out of the United Kingdom due to the Partners we work with, Wallex & Currency Cloud. Working with these Partners enables us to provide you with SWIFT transactions on your SGD Account and allows us to provide you with the best FX rates. Funds will always be routed to your DBS Singapore Account, not the United Kingdom.

  • If your sender requests your ABA routing number, we recommend suggesting that they initiate a SWIFT transfer from their bank instead of a local transfer.

Intermediary Bank Details

A sender typically has the option to input an intermediary bank when doing a SWIFT transfer to your SWIFT SGD Account. Placing the intermediary bank ensures a seamless transfer to your Aspire account, minimizing the chances of missing transfers or even transfer reversals.

As such, we recommend sharing the intermediary bank details with the sender when applicable. The sender should have the option to enter intermediary bank details at the time of transfer initiation.

If the sender cannot select an intermediary bank, no action is required, as the sender's bank may have it configured on the back end. Toggle the button below to select the appropriate intermediary bank based on the currency listed:

Supported Transfer Type and Transfer Limit

Aspire SWIFT SGD Account Details can receive SWIFT/International Telegraphic/Wire transfers. There is no transfer amount limit to receive SWIFT transfers.

Transfer Timeframe

The processing time for incoming SWIFT transfers depends largely on the platform used by the sender. A SWIFT transfer typically takes 2-5 business days. Aspire would usually process the funds within 1 business day of receiving them.

Notes: When sending funds to your account for the first time or receiving investment/funding, please notify us in advance and share supporting documents through this form.

If the expected delivery time for funds to be reflected in your account has exceeded, please request a transfer receipt or MT103 (for transfers via SWIFT) from your sender.

As the receiving party, our payment partner has limited visibility on inbound transactions. Hence to trace a transfer, we strongly advise that you reach out to the sender and request them to issue a trace of funds through the sending bank.

Transfer Fee

Aspire Fee

Zero fees from Aspire

Best rates up to 3x cheaper than banks

SGD Transfers

(source bank handles the conversion and no further conversion is needed at Aspire)

Flat fee of 35 SGD

Notes: Depending on the charge type, a SWIFT transfer fee may apply. SWIFT transfers may involve intermediary/correspondent banks fees that may be deducted from the received amount. This fee varies based on the correspondent banks used by SWIFT network and can be between $7 - $60. You are unable to select the intermediary bank.

We suggest that you clarify the arrangement with your sending party prior to the payment instruction.

In all cases, the above fees would already be deducted from the amount which will be deposited into your Aspire SGD account.
