How long will it take for an international transfer to be received to Aspire IDR account?

The time to process incoming international transfers depends on the platform used by the sender. International transfers generally take 2-5 business days. Aspire will process funds within one business day of receiving them.

If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please request proof of transfer or MT103 (for transfers via SWIFT) from your sender. As receiving parties, our payment partners have limited visibility into incoming transactions. Therefore, to trace the transfer, we strongly recommend contacting the sender and requesting them to initiate a tracking of funds through their bank.

Notes: When sending funds to your account for the first time or receiving investment/funding, please notify us in advance and share supporting documents through this form.

Can I receive funds with cents to my IDR Account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive funds with cents (amounts less than 1 Rupiah) in your IDR account. These funds will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

In this scenario, our switching bank does not have the capability to process decimal amounts. As a result, when funds with cents are requested, the transaction amount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
