Transaction system used to send IDR

Aspire selects one out of the four transaction systems available, depending on your transfer amount. This helps us ensure that your funds are delivered to your recipient as soon as possible.

  • RTOL (Real Time Online):

An online transaction system that allows you to send funds or make payments instantly, with a limit of IDR 25 to 49.9 Million per transaction, depending on the beneficiary bank.

  • SKN (National Clearing System) or LLG (Traffic Giro)
An electronic fund transfer system that includes debit clearing and credit clearing where each transaction is settled nationally within one working day. The limit for SKN is IDR 500 million per transaction.

The SKN transaction system has a cut-off time of 15:00 WIB. If you send funds or make a top-up after 15:00 WIB, the funds will be processed on the next business day.

  • RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
An online transaction system managed by a central bank that allows you to send transfers of more than IDR 500 million per transaction, which is completed within one working day.
The RTGS transaction system has a cut-off time of 12:00 WIB (noon). If you send funds or make a top-up after 12:00 WIB, the funds will be processed on the next business day.

  • BI-FAST:
A national retail transaction system that can facilitate real-time payments with a limit of up to IDR 250 million per transaction to supported beneficiary banks.

Notes:

  • You cannot choose the transaction system used because it will be selected automatically according to the amount you sent.

  • The BI FAST transaction system cannot make payments to Virtual Accounts.

Pending IDR Transfer

The time needed for the funds to be received by the recipient depends on the corresponding bank's processing time. After we initiate the transfer, the money may need to be processed by various parties, including our bank, the switching networks, and the recipient’s bank.

In some cases, Aspire has processed the transfer, but the partner informed us that the disbursement’s state is unclear. In this case, the process will usually be cleared by the next working day. Once the payment has been completed, the transfer status will show up in your account as either completed or failed.

If your transfer has been pending for more than 1 working day*, please reach out to our Support team via the Aspire app to trace the funds.

*Please note that all transfers go through compliance checks by our team or partners, which might cause delays in receiving the funds. Our team might email Admin and Finance users for additional details or documents needed to process your transfer. While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when you will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.

Displayed sender's name on my recipient's end

When you send funds from your IDR account, at times the recipient can see that the funds were sent from PT Kharisma Catur Mandala. Please note that this is the name of our partner service provider that enables your IDR Account.

This is a platform limitation that affects many payment provider companies in Indonesia, due to the limited APIs provided by the regulators.

It can happen randomly depending on the transfer method used and the chosen beneficiary bank. In most situations, your payees/recipients can see that the funds were sent using the name of your business account.

We are actively looking for a solution to this limitation so that your payees/recipients have the right information at all times.
