Notes:

  • The SKN transaction system has a cut-off time of 15:00 WIB. If your sender sends funds after 15:00 WIB, the funds will be processed on the next business day.

  • As receiving parties, our payment partners have limited visibility into incoming transactions. Therefore, to trace the transfer, we strongly recommend contacting the sender and requesting them to initiate a tracking of funds through their bank.

Can I receive funds with cents to my IDR Account?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive funds with cents (amounts less than 1 Rupiah) in your IDR account. These funds will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

In this scenario, our switching bank does not have the capability to process decimal amounts. As a result, when funds with cents are requested, the transaction amount will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
