As an Aspire user, you can send funds from Mandiri Kopra to Aspire IDR Account in two ways depending on your Aspire IDR Account details.
How to transfer to Aspire IDR Account with Mandiri account details
If your Aspire IDR Account has a Mandiri account details, you can send funds from Mandiri Kopra to your Aspire IDR Account by following the steps below:
1. Visit Mandiri Internet Bisnis and login using your username
2. From the homepage, click Transfer → Transfer to Mandiri
3. In Transaction Details, fill in Source of Funds and select “Another Account” as the Destination Account.
Note: You can retrieve your Aspire account number details by referring to this article.
4. For transfers involving foreign currency exchange (e.g., IDR to a foreign currency or vice versa), select the Exchange Rate Type:
Deposit Interest Rate (using the standard exchange rate from Bank Mandiri).
Special Rate (using a special exchange rate agreed upon with Bank Mandiri's treasury dealer).
Note: Ensure that the funds have already been converted to IDR before initiating the transfer, as the Aspire IDR account can only accept funds in IDR
5. Fill in the Reference Number, Remarks, and Description.
6. Select the Instruction Mode with the following options:
Immediate: The transaction is executed immediately after approval.
Standing Instruction: The transaction is executed according to the selected date and session.
Recurring: The transaction is executed repeatedly according to the chosen amount and date.
7. Select the notification method for the recipient via Email or SMS.
8. Click Continue.
9. The Review Details page will appear. Review the data you have entered.
10. If everything is correct, click Send.
11. A confirmation box will appear; please select Yes.
12. Your transaction will await approval from your company approver.
Note: For Telegraphic Transfers (TT), if the transaction amount exceeds USD 100,000, or for Cross-Border Foreign Exchange Traffic (LLD) transactions exceeding USD 100,000, you must upload an Underlying Document through the Underlying Document menu. If approved by Bank Mandiri, select the Underlying Document Code field.
How to transfer to Aspire IDR Account with another bank account details
If your Aspire IDR Account has an account detail from another bank, you can send funds from Mandiri Kopra to your Aspire IDR Account by following the steps below:
1. Visit Mandiri Internet Bisnis and login using your username
2. From the homepage, click Transfer → Transfer to Other Banks.
3. In Transaction Details, select the Source of Funds from your account registered in Kopra Cash Management Retail.
4. Choose the Transfer Currency (if selecting a currency other than Rupiah, the screen will change to Telegraphic Transfer display or TT).
5. If you previously chose Rupiah, enter the Amount to be transferred.
6. Select the Transfer Method for IDR transfers with the following options:
LLG: Transfers to domestic banks in Rupiah currency, with a maximum limit of Rp 1 billion per transaction.
RTGS: Transfers to domestic banks in Rupiah currency, with a minimum limit of Rp 100,000,001 per transaction.
Online: Transfers to domestic banks in Rupiah currency, with a maximum limit of Rp 50,000,000 per transaction.
BI-FAST: Transfers to domestic banks in Rupiah currency, with a maximum limit of Rp 250,000,000 per transaction.
7. Select the transfer fee option: SHA (shared between sender and recipient) or OUR (charged to the sender).
8. If choosing a foreign currency in Transfer Currency, you must determine the exchange rate type:
Deposit Rate: Uses the standard rate from Bank Mandiri.
Special Rate: Uses a rate specifically agreed upon with Bank Mandiri’s treasury dealer.
Note: Ensure that the funds have already been converted to IDR before initiating the transfer, as the Aspire IDR account can only accept funds in IDR.
9. Fill in the following fields:
Reference Number (optional): A specific number for identifying the transaction.
Remarks (optional): A more detailed description that appears in the bank statement.
Description (optional): A detailed explanation that appears in the recipient’s label.
10. Choose the Instruction Mode with these options:
Immediate: The transaction is executed immediately after submission.
Standing Instruction: The transaction is executed on the selected date and session.
Recurring: The transaction is executed repeatedly on the selected dates and amounts.
11. Determine the Recipient Bank (can be selected from the recipient list).
12. Next, enter the remaining details:
Account Number and Account Name.
Country, City, Address, Status, and Nationality
Recipient Type:
Personal for individuals.
Company for companies.
Government for government institutions.

13. Choose the notification method for the recipient, either via Email or SMS.
14. If all data is correct, click Next.
15. The Review Details page will appear; review the entered data again.
16. If everything is correct, click Submit.
17. A confirmation box will appear; select Yes.
18. Your transfer will await approval from your company’s approver.
Note: For Telegraphic Transfers (TT), if the transaction amount exceeds USD 100,000, or for Cross-Border Foreign Exchange Traffic (LLD) transactions exceeding USD 100,000, you must upload an Underlying Document through the Underlying Document menu. If approved by Bank Mandiri, select the Underlying Document Code field.
