What do I need to get started?
To start using Aspire MCP you will need:
An active Aspire business account
Admin or Owner-level access on your Aspire account
An AI assistant that supports MCP connectors (e.g. Claude via Cowork)
The Aspire MCP custom connector is installed and authorised in your AI tool
ℹ️ Individual employees can also connect with the limited permissions they have within Aspire
How do I connect Aspire to my AI assistant?
The connection process takes less than two minutes:
Open your AI assistant (e.g. Claude via Cowork)
Navigate to Settings → Plugins / Connectors
Add a custom connector by inserting this URL “https://aspire-mcp.aspireapp.com/mcp”
Authorise the connection using your Aspire credentials
You're ready — try asking "What's my account balance?"
Do I need technical knowledge to use Aspire MCP?
No. Once your admin has set up the connector, using it requires no technical knowledge at all. You simply type questions or instructions in plain English — the AI handles everything in the background.
