Status | Meaning |
Open | PO is active; bills can be submitted against it |
Fulfilled | Total billed amount has reached or exceeded the PO amount |
Closed | PO has been manually closed by an Admin or Finance (Transfer) user |
Tracking PO Progress
The PO list view shows a Spent column (amount billed out of PO total) and a Remaining column (amount still available for billing). A summary at the top of the PO page shows total, open, and fulfilled PO counts.
