Understanding the Difference Between 'Transfer Initiated' and 'Transfer Completed'

Transfer Initiated

This status means that your transfer request has been received and is currently being processed. The funds have not yet been fully sent out from Aspire.

You can refer to the "Transfer Status" section to view the estimated timeline for when the transfer is expected to be completed.

Transfer Completed

This status indicates that the transfer has been successfully sent out from Aspire’s side.

However, this does not always mean your recipient has received the funds, as it may take additional time depending on their bank or payment provider’s processing time.
