How to Exchange Funds between Aspire Multi-Currency Accounts

Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only rights users can seamlessly convert funds or make an internal transfer between the Aspire multi-currency accounts instantly for free. Please follow the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Funds" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Funds" (mobile app).

  2. Next, click on "Exchange Currency".

  3. Choose the source account and enter the amount you want to exchange.

  4. Select the target currency account.

  5. Review the mid-market exchange rate and FX fee displayed on the screen.

  6. Select a category, and click "Continue".

  7. Review the exchange details and click "Confirm" to complete the transaction.

Notes:

  • Transfers initiated by Finance with submit-only rights users must be approved by an Admin, Finance with transfer rights users, or designated approvers as per the business's Transfer Approval Policy.

  • An FX fee applies to currency exchanges. The fee amount varies depending on the currencies and the exchange amount.

How to Download Your Exchange Transaction Receipt

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Transactions" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Transactions" (mobile app).

  2. Find the exchange transaction you want a receipt for.

  3. Click on the transaction to view its details.

  4. Click "Download" to save the receipt.

Note: For each currency exchange, you'll see two separate transaction entries in your list. One showing funds leaving your source currency account, and another showing funds arriving in your target currency account. You can download a receipt for each transaction separately.
