The analytics page in your Aspire account provides a comprehensive overview of all your financial data, allowing you to easily track and analyze your finances. Read the article below to learn more.

User's roles functionality

  • Admin & Finance users: Can view all of the business's financial data in Analytics

  • Budget Owners (Employee): Can only view the business's financial data that is linked to their budget

  • Employee users: Can only view the business's financial data that is related to their transactions.

How to access the Analytics Page

  1. Login to your Aspire account

  2. If you're using the web app, click "Analytics" on the left side of the page. If you're using the mobile app, click on "Menu" then select "Analytics"

Note: The total displayed on the Analytics Dashboard represents the combined balance of all your active Aspire multi-currency accounts, automatically converted to your account's functional currency. You can reach out to our Support Team for currency adjustments.

Funds

High level view of the business's financial cash flow.

Term

Definition

Opening Account Balance

Amount of funds in the beginning of the selected time period

Closing Account Balance

Amount of funds by the end of the selected time period

Net Change

The difference of amount between Closing Account Balance and Opening Account Balance


Money in

Graph and bar chart view of all inbound transactions. Users can also breakdown the Money In analytics by Category, Counterparty, Accounts, Transaction Type, and Money In channel.

Money In channel

Breakdown of Money In analytics based on the methods in receiving the funds: Transfers, Invoices, Payment links.

Money Out

Graph and bar chart view of all outbound transactions. Users can also breakdown the Money Out analytics by Category, Counterparty, Accounts, Transaction Type, Access Role, User, Budget, and Expense Channel.

Access Role

Breakdown of Money Out analytics based on the user roles who have made the outbound transactions.

Users

Budget

Breakdown of Money Out analytics based the Budget that has been tagged to the outbound transactions.

Expense Channel

Breakdown of Money In analytics based on the methods in sending the funds: Transfers, cards, claims and bills.

Receivables

Analytics of all transactions related to Invoices and Payment Links.

Total Outstanding

Total amount of funds that has not been paid by the customers (Due and Overdue included).

Due

Total amount of funds that is due within the time period.

Overdue

Total amount of funds that have surpassed the time period.

Paid

Total amount of funds that have been paid by the customers.

Total Receivables Over Time

Total amount of funds received via Invoices and Payment Links in certain time period.

Receivables Currency

Total outstanding over Ageing

Total amount of funds that are Due or Overdue in a certain time period.
