How to export data from the Aspire Account?

Export your account statement, budgets, cards, invoices, claims, expenses, bills, payment links and user data seamlessly!

Admin and Finance users have access to everything, while Employee users can only export their own transaction data.

Notes: If your exported data contains more than 500 rows, it will be sent to your email. If you don't see the export in your inbox right away, please wait for 60 seconds and check your email again.

How to export Account Statements

  1. Click on "Transactions" and then "Export" or you can directly click on Export Data under ACCOUNTING on the left side menu on Aspire

  2. Apply the filters for your data, including account, date, transaction type and more

  3. Select the Export Format and FileType. Formats available are Deskera, Freshbooks, Jurnal, Peak, Sage 50, Wave, Zahir, Zoho Books, Xero, QuickBooks, Osome, NetSuite, SAP Business one, and Accurate.

Notes:

  • To simplify your accounting process, you can directly import the exported files into the Bank Statement or Bank Feed section of your accounting tool, specific to your bank accounts.

  • You can only export your account statement within a certain period when you have made a transaction.

Downloading your statement using Microsoft Edge

If you're facing "404 - File or directory not found." when downloading from Microsoft Edge, please follow the troubleshooting guide below:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.

  2. Go to Settings.

  3. Click the Download tab.

  4. Toggle off the Open Office files in the browser.

You can try to reexport the account statement after you disable this setting. If you're still facing the same issues, please chat with our Support Team by logging in to the Aspire app.

How to export Budgets Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Budgets" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data and export in the .CSV format

How to export Cards Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Cards" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data and export in the .CSV format

How to export Invoices Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Invoices" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data and then export in .CSV format

Notes: By importing the exported .CSV file directly into your accounting tool's Invoices/Receivables section, you can easily track your account receivables data. This will help you stay on top of your finances and save you time.

How to export Claims Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Claims" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data and export in the .CSV format

How to export Expenses Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Money Out" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data, and select your export format. Formats available are Netsuite, Quickbooks, Jurnal, Zoho Expense, and SAP business one.

Notes: By importing the exported transactions directly into your accounting tool's Expenses section, you can reconcile your accounts quickly and efficiently. This will save you time and help you stay on top of your finances.

How to export Bills Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "Bills" section

  3. Apply the relevant filters to your data, and select your export format. Formats available are Netsuite, Quickbooks, Accurate, Journal, and Xero.

How to export Payment Links Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "See All", and then select "Payment Links"

How to export Users Data

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Click on "See All", and then select "Users"
