How to request an Audit Confirmation Letter for your Aspire Debit Account

Aspire offers both electronic and physical audit confirmation letters.


We recommend requesting the electronic version to help conserve paper and support our planet. If you require a physical copy, the Admin user can contact Customer Support via in-app messenger in the Aspire app. Physical copies can only be sent within Singapore.

To obtain an electronic audit confirmation letter, you can refer to our video guide or follow the steps below:

Admin Users

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Statements and Exports" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Statements and Exports" (mobile app).

  2. Under the "Official Documents" section, select "Audit letter." If it’s not visible, click "See all" to find it.

  3. Configure your audit confirmation letter:

    1. Select the starting date for the balance record

    2. Choose the source of funds

    3. Add 1 recipient email address (optional)

  4. Click “Send via email”. The letter will be sent to your registered email address and any additional recipient you specified.

Note:

  • The audit letter feature currently supports one additional recipient. If you need to send the letter to multiple auditors or team members, you can:

    • Download the letter from your email

    • Once received, forward it to all required recipients

Finance/Employee Users or Auditors (not registered on the Aspire account)

Only Admin users can download the Account Confirmation Letter in-app.

For Finance users, Employee users, or Auditors, please contact the Admin user to obtain a copy of the audit confirmation letter.
