Guide to Creating Aspire Physical Cards

Which countries can create a physical card?

At this time, only businesses incorporated in Singapore are eligible to create Aspire physical cards. Delivery of these physical cards is limited to addresses within Singapore.

If your registered personal address is outside of Singapore, you cannot select it as a delivery address. We recommend having the card delivered to your business address (if it is located in Singapore) or manually entering a valid Singapore address under the "Card delivery address" option.

Creating a Physical Card

Admin users and Budget Owners* can create a physical card directly in-app.

Meanwhile, Finance and Employee users will need to request the physical card in-app, which will be sent to Admin users for approval before the physical card is issued.

*Budget Owners can create physical cards only within the budget to which they are assigned.

Admin users or Budget Owners

To create a physical card, follow the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  2. Click on the blue "➕ New card" on the right-hand side.

  3. Choose who the card is for: Select any registered user in your Aspire account. You can create a card for yourself or for another employee.

  4. Enter the "Card name" and "Card purpose", then select "Physical Card" under the "What type of card will it be" section.

  5. Scroll down to continue filling out the rest of the card particulars, then click "Continue".

  6. Enter the cardholder name and card name:

    1. Cardholder name: Enter the name that will be printed on the physical card (up to 15 characters).

      1. Example: "Jaden Smith," "Jenny Wong".

    2. Card name: Enter a label to identify the card's purpose (up to 15 characters).

      1. Example: "Biz Trip 24," "Meta Ads".

    3. Both fields will be printed on the physical card.

    4. Important: These names cannot be changed once the order is in processing.

  7. Select the address where you would like your card to be delivered, then click "Continue". Hit "Place order and pay" after reviewing your physical card request details, and you're done! Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to Singapore.

Notes:

  • Source of Funds

    • Select SGD, USD, or Advance Limit (if any) as the card's source of funds.

    • If you have multiple multi-currency accounts, choose the correct one for your card.

  • Cardholder & Card Name

    • You can customize both the Cardholder Name and Card Name when creating a physical card.

    • Each field supports up to 15 alphanumeric characters.

    • Cannot be edited: Once the order is in processing, these names are permanent and cannot be changed.

  • Card Color

    • Physical card comes in a fixed color and cannot be customized.

  • Address Fields

    • Only letters and numbers are allowed. Symbols or special characters are not accepted.

  • Editing Card Details

    • Admin users can edit card details after the request has been submitted to them.

    • Once the order is in processing, the Cardholder’s Name and Card Name can no longer be changed.

  • Card Assignment

    • After issuance, the card is permanently assigned to the user and cannot be reassigned.


Finance or Employee users

To request for a physical card, follow the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  3. Enter the "Card name" and "Card purpose", then select "Physical Card" under the "What type of card will it be" section.

  4. Scroll down to continue filling out the rest of the card particulars, then click "Continue".

  5. Enter the cardholder name and card name:

    1. Cardholder name: Enter the name that will be printed on the physical card (up to 15 characters).

Creation Limit, Fees & Delivery Timeframe

There is no limit on how many physical cards you can create. The first physical card per user is free! Subsequent cards for the same user are charged a 15 SGD processing fee.

The payment will be deducted from your account. You will receive an email with your invoice and payment confirmation.

To track the delivery status of your physical card:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  2. Click your physical card from the list.

  3. Click "Track card delivery status" to view the dispatch date, courier information, and tracking number.
