My Aspire Physical Card is Expiring/Expired

If your Aspire Physical Card is about to expire, you will notice an "Expiring soon" icon displayed on your card, and we will also send you an email notification to keep you informed.

To replace an expiring or expired card, simply follow these steps:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  2. Select the expiring or expired card from the list

  3. Hit “Replace” button

  4. Click “Yes, replace card

  5. Review and/or update the cardholder name and card name field, then click “Continue

  6. Select the address where you would like your card to be delivered, confirm your mobile number, then click "Continue".

  7. Hit "Place order" after reviewing your physical card request details, and you're done! Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to Singapore and Hong Kong.

Notes:

  • There is no charge for replacing your physical card.

  • The replacement card will contain a new card number while preserving the existing settings (such as budget, merchant lock, currency, source of funds, etc.).

  • Prior transactions from the original card will not influence the new card's spend limit.
