If your physical card is misplaced or stolen, please follow these steps:
1. Freeze or Cancel Your Aspire Physical Card
Freeze your card temporarily if you think you may find the card soon. This option allows you to unfreeze it and use it again when needed; or
Cancel your card permanently if you are sure the card is lost to prevent any unauthorized use.
2. Request a New Aspire Physical Card
If you need a replacement card, you can request a new one anytime. The fee is 15 SGD plus taxes.
3. Update Aspire Card Details on 3rd-Party Platforms
If your Aspire card is linked to any 3rd-party platforms (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay), remove the lost card's details from these apps.
Once you receive your new Aspire physical card, update the card information on these platforms to ensure any recurring charges continue smoothly.
