Can Aspire provide documents with a bank’s letterhead?
Aspire is not a bank, and therefore cannot issue official documents on a partner bank's (e.g., DBS) letterhead. However, depending on your available debit accounts, we have the following options available:
Option 1: Account Confirmation Letters from Currency Cloud
We can request account confirmation letters on Currency Cloud's letterhead for eligible debit accounts.
This option is available if your debit account shows either of these bank names:
Community Federal Savings Bank (USD account)
The Currency Cloud Limited
To request: Contact the Aspire support team via the Aspire app, and we'll coordinate with Currency Cloud on your behalf.
Note: This service is only available for debit accounts under Currency Cloud. It is not available for debit accounts with other banking partners (e.g., SGD accounts under DBS).
Option 2: Aspire-Branded Official Documents
Aspire provides Aspire-branded official documents, which can be downloaded directly from your dashboard. These include:
Official Account Details Letter
Monthly Account Statements
Audit Confirmation Letters
These documents can serve as official documentation for most business purposes.
