How to Cancel Aspire Premium (Hong Kong)?

Updated yesterday

Admin users on a Hong Kong Premium plan can cancel their subscription at any time. Your plan downgrades to Basic immediately, and billing stops from the next invoice cycle.

Who can do this: Admin users only.

Who cannot cancel: Finance Transfer users can view billing details but cannot initiate or complete a cancellation

Steps to Cancel Premium Plan

You can start the cancellation from either of these paths:

  • Path A: Go to Manage Account → Billing → Manage Plan → Cancel

  • Path B: Go to Billing page → "View Benefits" → side sheet → Cancel

    • Both paths open the same cancellation flow:

      • On the Manage Plan side sheet, review the comparison of Premium vs Basic benefits.

      • Click "Cancel Plan" to proceed

        • Note: You can also click "See All Benefits" if you want to review what you'd lose before deciding.

      • On the confirmation screen, read the summary:

        • Your benefits will stop immediately

        • You will only be charged for prorated usage

      • Click "Yes, Cancel" to continue.

      • Select a reason for cancelling from the list provided. If you choose "Other", you must enter a short explanation. You cannot proceed without completing this step.

      • Confirm your cancellation.

What Happens After You Cancel

  • Your plan changes from Premium to Basic immediately

  • All Premium benefits and your Premium tag are removed straight away

  • Your feature limits revert to Basic

  • Billing stops from the next invoice cycle

  • Any outstanding invoices remain payable — cancellation does not remove them

  • You'll be redirected to the Billing page

Note: If you cancel while you are still in a free trial period, the free trial ends immediately, and no further zero invoices will be generated.

What to Do If You Can't See the Cancel Option

  • Confirm you are logged in as an Admin user.

  • Finance Transfer users cannot cancel. Ask your account Admin to do this.
