Steps to Upgrade:
Go to Manage Account in the left navigation bar (web app) or tap "Menu" (mobile app).
Select "Billing".
Click "Manage Plan".
Click "Upgrade to Premium" to open the upgrade side sheet. Alternatively, you can click the Premium Hub icon in the navigation bar, or click any "Upgrade to Premium" banner or prompt you see across the app.
5. Review the Compare Plans screen. This shows:
Premium pricing in HKD
Key benefits included
Monthly billing frequency
Any free trial offer you may be eligible for
A "Learn More" link to the Premium FAQ page
6. Click "Upgrade to Premium" to proceed.
7. On the confirmation screen, review:
Plan name
Monthly price in HKD
Billing date (1st of every calendar month)
8. Read and accept the Aspire MSA, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Click to confirm your upgrade.
10. You'll see a success confirmation. Your account is now on Premium.
What Happens After You Upgrade
Your Premium benefits and feature limits are active immediately
A "Premium" tag appears near your Aspire logo
Billing starts from the next invoice cycle (1st of next calendar month)
You'll be asked a short survey about why you subscribed — please complete it
What to Do If You Don't See the Upgrade Option
Check that you are logged in as an Admin user. Finance Transfer users cannot upgrade.
Confirm your account is incorporated in Hong Kong.
If you are a Finance Transfer user, contact your account Admin to request the upgrade.
