Upgrade to Aspire Premium Plan

Steps to Upgrade:

On your Aspire dashboard, select the “Premium” icon at the upper right (web app), or click Settings and "Upgrade to Aspire Premium" (mobile app)

  1. Click on "Upgrade plan" or Learn more if you want to know more about the Premium plan

  2. If you agree with the terms and conditions, click "Upgrade plan".

Your Aspire Plan has been upgraded to Premium!

Once you upgrade to the Premium plan, you’ll be charged SGD 15 on the 1st of each month. If you upgrade mid-month, your first invoice will be prorated based on your subscription start date.

Review the Compare Plans screen. This shows:

What Happens After You Upgrade

  • Your Premium benefits and feature limits are active immediately

  • A "Premium" tag appears near your Aspire logo

  • Billing starts from the next invoice cycle (1st of next calendar month)

  • You'll be asked a short survey about why you subscribed — please complete it

What to Do If You Don't See the Upgrade Option

  • Check that you are logged in as an Admin user. Finance Transfer users cannot upgrade.

  • Confirm your account is incorporated in Hong Kong.

  • If you are a Finance Transfer user, contact your account Admin to request the upgrade.
