Guide to Receiving Local Transfer to Aspire USD Account

You can receive USD transfers locally into your Aspire USD Account from senders located in Hong Kong or the United States. The sender must initiate the transfer from within either of these countries to use the local transfer option.

Receiving USD from Hong Kong

Accessing Your Local USD Account Details

Follow these steps to access your local USD account details:

  1. Under Frequently Used Actions, click "View all actions", then select "Receive Funds".

  2. Select the USD Account.

  3. Click on "Receive USD from Hong Kong only".

Are the Local Account Details the Same for HKD, USD, and CNY Transfers from Hong Kong?

Yes. For transfers sent from Hong Kong using FPS or Chats, you will use the same Local Account Details (account number, bank name, bank code, etc.) regardless of whether the funds are sent in HKD, USD, or CNY.

The currency of the transfer will determine which currency account the funds are deposited into. For example:

  • If 100 HKD is sent, 100 HKD will be deposited into your HKD account.

  • If 100 USD is sent, 100 USD will be deposited into your USD account.

  • If 100 CNY is sent, 100 CNY will be deposited into your CNY account.

  • All transfers are subject to compliance checks by our team or partners, which may occasionally result in delays in receiving the funds. Our team might email Admin and Finance users for additional details or documents needed to process your transfer. While we strive to complete these reviews quickly, we can't provide an exact timeline for when you will receive the funds, as weekends, public holidays, and banking hours might also affect the timing. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential delays.

  • FPS transfer: To receive funds via FPS, please use your account number. At this time, we do not support other FPS identifiers, including mobile numbers, email addresses, or FPS IDs.

  • Chats transfer: Typically processed within 2–4 hours if submitted before 5:30 PM HKT on a business day.

Accessing Your Local USD Account Details

Follow these steps to access your local USD account details:

  1. Under Frequently Used Actions, click "View all actions", then select "Receive Funds".

  2. Select the USD Account.

  3. Click on "Receive USD from US only".

Note: Only certain clients can have the USD Local Account Details based on our partner's Terms & Conditions. However, you can still receive transfers to your USD Account using the USD SWIFT Account Details.
