ReCaptcha Errors or Failed Attempts

If you're encountering issues with ReCaptcha while logging in, here are a few steps you can try:

  • Ensure you’re connected to a stable internet network.

  • Restart your internet connection and try again.

  • Avoid using public Wi-Fi. We recommend accessing Aspire through a secure and private connection for a smoother experience.

If the issue persists, please reach out to our Support team via the Aspire app. Don’t forget to include a screenshot or screen recording of the error — this will help us assist you more effectively.

Forgot your password?

If you forget your password, you can set up a new one by following the steps below:

  1. On the login page, click the "Forgot Password?" link

  2. Place your registered email, then click "Next"

  3. Place the 4-digit OTP sent to your email

  4. Select the ID you submitted during registration, your ID Number and your Date of birth, then hit "Next"

  5. Set up your new password. Make sure you satisfy the password requirements, then hit "Confirm"

Note: If you're trying to reset your password from a new device, we will ask you to confirm the 4-digit OTPs sent to both your email and phone number. Otherwise, we will only require you to enter the OTP sent to your email address.

Invalid OTP Code?

The OTP code you entered may be invalid due to multiple request attempts, which can invalidate previous codes.

We recommend waiting for the OTP to be delivered and avoiding immediate requests for another OTP, as it remains valid for up to 5 minutes.

Not receiving your OTP Login?

SMS OTP

If you’re not receiving the OTP on your mobile number, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

  • Verify that the phone number provided is the one registered with your Aspire account. If the phone number does not match the registered phone number, you will not receive the OTP.

  • Check your network connection to ensure that you have a stable internet connection.

  • Verify if you can receive other SMS messages on your phone by sending an SMS to your number

  • If your phone number is registered under any of the country codes below, the OTP will be sent to your registered email address instead of your phone.

Aspire cannot send SMS OTPs to these numbers:

Azerbaijan (+994)

Iraq (+964)

South Sudan (+211)

Yemen (+967)

Cambodia (+855)

Jordan (+962)

Sri Lanka (+94)

China (+86)

Russia (+7)

Sudan (+249)

Iran (+98)

Saudi Arabia (+966)

Vietnam (+84)

Troubleshooting Guide

  1. If you haven't received the phone OTP code, it might be delayed due to network issues. We suggest you click "Resend OTP" after 30 seconds.

  2. If you still cannot receive OTP to your phone number, you may request to deliver the OTP to your registered email address instead:

    1. After the phone OTP is triggered, please wait for 30 seconds

    2. Choose "Get it via Email instead"

    3. Open your email inbox and enter the OTP code

  3. If you clicked “Get it via Email instead” but didn’t receive the OTP in your inbox, it might be due to a browser cache issue. Try clearing your cache, then trigger the OTP again.

    1. Open Chrome on your computer.

    2. Click the three dots (⋮) at the top right and select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

    3. Choose a time range (e.g., Last hour or All time).

    4. Select the data types you’d like to clear (e.g., cached images and files).

    5. Click Clear data, then re-login to Aspire again.

If the issue persists after clearing your cache, please contact our Support team through the Aspire app for further assistance.

Note: If your registered mobile number is no longer active or has changed, you can still choose “Get it via Email instead” to receive the OTP through your registered email address.

Email OTP

  • Please verify that the email address provided is the one registered with your Aspire account. If the email address does not match the registered address, you will not receive the OTP.

  • Please check your spam folder to see if our email was sent there. If you cannot find our email, we suggest that you have your OTP sent to your phone number instead. When prompted to enter the OTP sent to your email, please wait for 30 seconds. After that, you should see an option to have the OTP delivered to your phone number.
