An OTP process is used to add an additional layer of authentication to our services in order to safeguard the critical activities that are performed by valid users of your Aspire account.
When an OTP is required, by default, Aspire will send the OTP to User's registered Email ID. However, for a few specific actions, an OTP will be sent to your registered phone number.
If you cannot receive OTP to your registered email address, you may request to deliver the OTP to your registered phone number instead:
After the email OTP is triggered, please wait for 30 seconds.
Choose "Get it via SMS instead".
Open your SMS and enter the OTP code.
Note: If your phone number falls under the Country Codes listed below, you will not receive an OTP. Aspire is unable to send OTPs to these phone numbers.
