What is a Payment Gateway?
A payment gateway is a technology that allows businesses to accept payments from their customers using various payment methods through their websites or mobile applications.
With Aspire Payment Gateway, you can seamlessly set up a payment gateway on your business' website or mobile app using Plugin or API.
Available Payment Methods and Fees
The table below outlines the payment methods available for activation in your payment gateway.
Regarding the fees, they are applied on a per-transaction basis. You have the option to either pass these fees on to your customer or have them deducted from the final payment.

How to obtain an Aspire Payment Gateway?
Don't have an Aspire account yet
If you don't have an Aspire account yet, you may open one by clicking here. The required documents are also listed in the Account Opening Guide for Indonesia Incorporated Companies.
If you opt to open a Payment Gateway, during registration, you will be asked to provide the documents below:
Valid business website URL or application: Contain a clear list of services/products, payment flow, contact address, and address of your business.
Company logo: (min 200X200px)
Bank name and Bank account number
Already have an Aspire account
Admin users can request to activate a Payment Gateway by following the steps below:
On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Payment Gateway" under the "Receive" section
Next, you will be routed to the Sandbox* mode of the Aspire Payment Gateway. To enable the Production** mode of the Payment Gateway, you will be asked to contact the Sales Team, and provide the documents below:
Valid business website URL or application: Contain a clear list of services/products, payment flow, contact address, and address of your business.
Company logo: (min 200X200px)
Bank name and Bank account number
Once the documents are approved, you will be able to access the Production mode of the Aspire Payment Gateway.
Notes:
*Sandbox mode is the testing environment of your Payment Gateway.
**Production mode is the active environment of your Payment Gateway.
Activation Timeframe
Don't have an Aspire account yet
If you requested the Payment Gateway during account opening registration, your Aspire account will be activated in 5-7 days.
Already have an Aspire account
If you requested the Payment Gateway in-app, it will take 1 -2 days to activate your Payment Gateway.
