Akta Pendirian
(Deed of Establishment) of BUSINESS NAME. If the document is the latest AKTA, the document has to show the director’s and shareholders' names as well as the notary’s signature and stamp on the last page.
Akta Perubahan (if any)

SK Kemenkumham
(Certificate of Ministry of Law and Human Right). The company name, date and number of AKTA on the document has to match with AKTA.
NIB Berbasis Resiko / NIB + SIUP
(Certificate of Registration and Business permit/license). The name of the company has to match the name in AKTA.
Business NPWP
(Taxpayer Identification Number). The name of the company has to match the name in the latest AKTA and the doc has to be a photo/scan of NPWP card.
Letter of Authorization (Non-Director)
The letter of authorization is required for all accounts where the user is a non-director. The letter is a signed document by any director in the company authorizing the respective user can open the account.
ID of User
Accepted IDs are National IDs or Passports. The picture must be clear and in colour. Driving licenses are not accepted. Kindly submit your passport/ID in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.

What if I don't have an Individual PT?
We require all businesses to have legal documents for creating an Aspire account. Specifically an Individual PT document.

Once completed, our team will carry out a verification process and advise on whether or not we can activate your business account based on our internal policies.

Business is incorporated for less than one year
If your business is incorporated for less than one year, you may provide one of the business information/documents below.
Business Plan: Detailed Business Plan and Pitch deck with Financial Projection.
Proof of Funds / Investment: Investment contract with an established / reputable VC company.

How to add additional KBLI codes in my NIB - RBA
Follow the steps by steps below to add additional KBLI (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia) codes to your NIB- RBA.
Open https://oss.go.id/
Login to your account.
Click on Perizinan Berusaha, and then click on Pengembangan.
Click on Tambah Bidang Usaha.
Under Jenis Kegiatan Usaha, choose Pendukung.
Choose your Bidang Usaha Utama, and then fill out the new KBLI code under Bidang Usaha Pendukung. You can insert the KBLI code or insert keywords based on the industry of your business. Once done, click Simpan.
Next, fill out the information based on your business's activity. Once done, click on Validasi Risiko.
Next, choose the Deskripsi Kegiatan Usaha and Fill out the numbers of Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia.
Next, add the products or service by clicking on Tambah Produk/ Jasa.
Once done click Selesai and Ya, Lanjut proses berikutnya.
Next, tick the grey box underneath, and click Lanjut.
Tick on another grey box, and click on Selanjutnya.
Next, click on Proses Perizinan Berusaha, under the business industry that you have added.
Next, fill out the information based on your business's activity.
Once done, a draft of your NIB-RBA with your new KBLI codes will appear. Tick the confirmation box, and click on Terbitkan Perizinan Berusaha.
Now, you can download your latest NIB-RBA by clicking on Unduh NIB at the bottom
