The documents required to open an Aspire account depend upon the complexity of your organisation.

Notes:

  • All submitted documents must be in picture format (jpg or png) or digital documents. Scans are not accepted.

  • We may also ask additional questions depending on your company structure/industry.

Mandatory Documents/ Information for Registered Businesses

  1. Akta Pendirian

    (Deed of Establishment) of BUSINESS NAME. If the document is the latest AKTA, the document has to show the director’s and shareholders' names as well as the notary’s signature and stamp on the last page.

  2. Akta Perubahan (if any)

    (Deed of Establishment) of BUSINESS NAME. If the document is the latest AKTA, the document has to show the director’s and shareholders' names as well as the notary’s signature and stamp on the last page.

  3. SK Kemenkumham

    (Certificate of Ministry of Law and Human Right). The company name, date and number of AKTA on the document has to match with AKTA.

  4. NIB Berbasis Resiko / NIB + SIUP

    (Certificate of Registration and Business permit/license). The name of the company has to match the name in AKTA.

  5. Business NPWP

    (Taxpayer Identification Number). The name of the company has to match the name in the latest AKTA and the doc has to be a photo/scan of NPWP card.

  6. Letter of Authorization (Non-Director)

    The letter of authorization is required for all accounts where the user is a non-director. The letter is a signed document by any director in the company authorizing the respective user can open the account.

  7. ID of User

    Accepted IDs are National IDs or Passports. The picture must be clear and in colour. Driving licenses are not accepted. Kindly submit your passport/ID in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.

  8. ID of any registered Director

    Accepted IDs are National IDs or Passports. The picture must be clear and in colour. Driving licenses are not accepted. Kindly submit your passport/ID in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format.

  9. Proof of Business

What if I don't have an Individual PT?

We require all businesses to have legal documents for creating an Aspire account. Specifically an Individual PT document.

If you're currently having problems registering your account because you don't have an Individual PT documents, we can provide guidance on registering your business as a PT Perorangan. Please click on the following link: Guide link.

Once completed, our team will carry out a verification process and advise on whether or not we can activate your business account based on our internal policies.

Notes: Non-registered ID businesses can only open an IDR Account via our selected Partners.

Guide on Proof of Business for Indonesia-incorporated businesses

Website or Mobile App

  • Must be a live website or mobile app (no dummy content such as 'lorem ipsum', real products)

  • Must be accessible

  • Must match the business's descriptions as per legal documents

  • Contain contact information

Social Media

  • Must match the business's description as per legal documents

  • Must be publicly available

  • Relevant posts must be in line with the business description

  • Must provide the admin Page.

Marketplace or E-Commerce

  • Clients must provide their admin page or Sales report from the marketplace platform

  • Catalogs and lists of products must match the Registration form and Legal document

Invoice

  • Must match the registered business name and description as per the Registration form and Legal document

  • The document must contain phone numbers or email addresses.

  • The document must contain items and price details aligned with the business model

  • The documents should state the business address

Poster, Brochure, or Pamphlet

  • The business's name and description must match the registration form

  • The documents must contain examples of products or services.

  • The document must contain contact details

  • The documents should state the business address

Offline store photos

  • The photo must display the registered Business name

  • The Photo must match the business description (e.g., restaurants should show the dining area)

Company profiles

  • Business name and activities must match with the Business model.

  • The document must contain the business address and phone number.

  • The documents must contain examples of products or services.

  • Proof of business to verify the business' legitimacy.


How to add additional KBLI codes in my NIB - RBA

Follow the steps by steps below to add additional KBLI (Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan Usaha Indonesia) codes to your NIB- RBA.

  1. Login to your account.​

  2. Click on Perizinan Berusaha, and then click on Pengembangan.

  3. Click on Tambah Bidang Usaha.

  4. Under Jenis Kegiatan Usaha, choose Pendukung.

  5. Choose your Bidang Usaha Utama, and then fill out the new KBLI code under Bidang Usaha Pendukung. You can insert the KBLI code or insert keywords based on the industry of your business. Once done, click Simpan.

  6. Next, fill out the information based on your business's activity. Once done, click on Validasi Risiko.

  7. Next, choose the Deskripsi Kegiatan Usaha and Fill out the numbers of Jumlah Tenaga Kerja Indonesia.

  8. Next, add the products or service by clicking on Tambah Produk/ Jasa.

  9. Once done click Selesai and Ya, Lanjut proses berikutnya.

  10. Next, tick the grey box underneath, and click Lanjut.

  11. Tick on another grey box, and click on Selanjutnya.

  12. Next, click on Proses Perizinan Berusaha, under the business industry that you have added.

  13. Next, fill out the information based on your business's activity.

  14. Once done, a draft of your NIB-RBA with your new KBLI codes will appear. Tick the confirmation box, and click on Terbitkan Perizinan Berusaha.

  15. Now, you can download your latest NIB-RBA by clicking on Unduh NIB at the bottom
