My Aspire card is restricted from making payments on Facebook

If your Aspire card is restricted from making payments on Facebook, it could be due to the following:

If your Facebook Advertisement Account is Disabled

If your Facebook Advertisement Account is disabled, we suggest you to reach out to the Facebook support team for the issue. It is likely that they implemented restriction on the account, which has restricted/disabled all payment options.

In the event that Facebook confirms the issue needs to be addressed with Aspire, please chat with our Support team by following the steps below:

  • Click on the green messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner

  • Under the Messages tab, click "Send us a message"

  • Type in your query, then choose "Talk to a person"

If your Facebook Advertisement Account is not Disabled

If your Facebook Advertisement Account is not in a disabled status, while your Aspire card is restricted from making payments, please chat with our Support team by following the steps below:

  • Click on the green messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner

  • Under the Messages tab, click "Send us a message"

  • Type in your query, then choose "Talk to a person"
