Guide to activating Aspire Physical card

Please refer to the guide below based on your business's country of incorporation.

Businesses incorporated in Singapore

To activate and set the PIN on your physical card, follow the steps below:

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  2. Choose your desired card

  3. Click on the checkbox to acknowledge receipt of your card, then hit "Set PIN"

  4. Place your 6-digit PIN, then hit "Proceed"

  5. Re-enter your 6-digit PIN, and you're done

Upon creating your 6-digit PIN, you should receive a confirmation email from us:


Notes:

  • Your PIN will only be used for international ATM withdrawals and in cases where a merchant requires a PIN (mostly for international card transactions).

  • If the "Activate physical card" button is greyed out and you cannot access it, please chat with our Support team by following the steps below:

    • Click on the green messenger icon in the bottom right-hand corner

    • Under the Messages tab, click "Send us a message"

    • Type in your query, then choose "Talk to a person"

To activate and set the PIN on your physical card, follow the steps by steps below.

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click "Cards" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Cards" (mobile app).

  2. Choose your desired card

  3. Next, click on "Activate physical card"

  4. Enter the activation code in the letter that was sent with your physical card, and click on "Activate"

  5. Once completed, click on "Set Card PIN"

  6. Place your 6-digit PIN, then hit "Proceed"

  7. Now, your physical card is activated and ready to use!
