Where do I find my subscription and billing information?
Admin and Finance users can view the subscription and billing information in-app. To do this, you may follow the steps by steps below:
On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage account" in the upper right corner and select "Manage Billing" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Menu, choose "Manage account", and then select "Manage Billing".
You will be taken to your Billing Dashboard, where you can:
View current plan
View upcoming invoice amount
View the due date for next payment
View the features included in your subscription plan
View your subscription's cost breakdown
Download past invoices records.
How does the billing work for my Subscription Plan?
Billing Cycle
Free Plan - Monthly charges may apply based on the additional number of users added to your Aspire account
Custom Plan - The custom plan are available in two billing cycles, namely monthly or annually. Billing invoices will be sent according to the date you start subscribing with Aspire, namely the following month or the following year (following your billing cycle).
How do I pay for my subscription package?
Free Plan
If you are subscribed to the free plan and have additional users on your Aspire account, a monthly charge will be applied to your Aspire debit account.
The amount of this charge will depend on the number of additional users added to your account and their roles.
Custom Plan
There are two payment methods for a custom plan, depending on whether your billing cycle is monthly or annually.
Via Card
You have the option to make payments via card if you select a monthly billing cycle. You will be asked to fill in the card details on our third party platform (Stripe). Later, the subscription package fee will be automatically charged on your card. By using this payment method, you also activate the auto-debit feature. So, recurring subscription package payments will be charged automatically*.
Via bank transfer
You have the option to make payments via bank transfer if you select the annual billing cycle. The subscription package billing invoice includes the bank account details that you can use to make these payments.
Note: * If the balance on the card you are using is insufficient, our system will try to continue auto-debiting until your account has sufficient balance to complete the payment. Therefore, make sure you have sufficient balance.
Can I change the payment method of my billing subscription?
Annual billing cycle: For billing that are done in an annual basis, you can request to pay via card by reaching out to our Care team via the Aspire app.
Monthly billing cycle: For billing that are done in a monthly basis, you can request to pay via bank transfer by reaching out to our Care team via the Aspire App. However, we reccommend you to pay via card to ensure a convenient and seamless auto debit
each month.
