Card refunds from merchants can take up to 2 weeks to 1 month before they are returned to us. Once the funds are returned, we can make this refund to your account.

For some merchants, you may initially receive partial refunds, followed by the remaining amount shortly after.
If you have not received your refund after 1 month, please reach out to our Care team by logging into the app.
