Where is my refund from a failed PayNow transfer?

In the event that your PayNow transaction was rejected/failed, and you have not seen the refund in your account, please chat with our Support Team and provide the following:

  • Attach a transaction receipt/proof which shows that the payment failed

  • Date funds were rejected by the beneficiary

  • Transfer amount

We will be in touch with you shortly to confirm if the refund has been sighted and can be credited to your virtual account.
