How to request an Audit Confirmation Letter for my Aspire Debit Account?

You can refer to our video guide or follow the steps below:

Admin Users

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Data Export" in the left navigation bar (web app) or click "Menu" and choose "Data Export" (mobile app).

  2. Under the "Others" section, select "Audit letter." If it’s not visible, click "See all" to find it.

  3. Choose the date range and source of funds to be included in the letter.

  4. Click on “” button and the letter will be sent to your registered email.

Finance/Employee Users or Auditors (not registered on the Aspire account)

Only Admin users can download the Account Confirmation Letter in-app.

For Finance users, Employee users, or Auditors, please contact the Admin user to obtain a copy of the audit confirmation letter.

Note: To help conserve paper and support our planet, we recommend choosing an electronic version of the Audit Confirmation Letter. If a physical copy is required, please have the Admin user contact Customer Support via chat with the delivery address. Note that physical letters are only sent within Singapore.
