How to request an Audit Confirmation Letter for my Aspire Debit Account?

Admin Users

To get a copy of your Audit Confirmation Letter, Admin users should contact our Support Team via the Aspire app, and confirm the following details:

  • Year and month of required balance record on the letter:

  • From which account (SGD and/or Aspire Loan):

Aspire Finance/Employee users & Auditors (not registered on the Aspire account)

You may directly ask the Admin of the Aspire account to chat with our Support Team and request this document.

You can also fill out this form to make the request. Make sure to include the registered email address of the account Admin on your email and attach a signed authorization letter from the Admin for our team to process your request.

Please allow our team to get back to you within 24 hours to provide the requested letter.

Note: To request a physical copy of your Audit Confirmation Letter, please contact our Support team through the Aspire app.
