Where can I upload and view the required documents via in-app?

In some cases, we may need extra documents or ask you to re-enter your details to proceed with the account activation process.

You can check your account status and see if anything needs to be uploaded in the app by following the steps below:

  1. Login to your Aspire account​.

  2. Click the "Submit details" button at the top of the screen.

  3. On the left, you’ll see any missing or required details. Click each item to review. On the right, you’ll see the remarks or instructions.

    • If you're ready to upload, select "I have to upload the document" and add any notes if needed.

    • If you need help, select "I need help with this request" and type your question. You should receive an update from our team within 1 business day.

  4. Complete all required sections. If you need more time, click “Continue later” to save your progress.

  5. Before clicking the "Submit all for review" button, ensure all required documents have been uploaded. You won't be able to upload documents after this.

Once done, you should see the screen below. Please allow our team to review your submitted documents within 2-3 business days.

You will receive a notification once your Aspire account is ready or if further document/information is required.
