How to View, Create, and Delete Recipients in my Aspire Multi-Currency Accounts

Only Admin, Finance with transfer rights, and Finance with submit-only rights users can view, add, or delete recipients. To proceed, please follow the step-by-step guide below.

How to View Saved Recipient Details

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Manage Recipients" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Manage Recipients".

  2. Here, you’ll see a list of all recipients added to your Aspire account.

Note: Editing recipient details is currently not supported. To update any information, please delete the existing recipient and add a new entry with the updated details.

How to create new recipients

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, click on "Make a transfer" under the Frequently used actions

  2. Click on New Recipient

  3. Choose the currency of your recipient and fill out the relevant information​ of your beneficiary's bank.


Notes:

  • Please provide the beneficiary's bank details for: address, city, state/ Province, and postal code.

  • To change the default recipient name, you can modify it in the "Full name of the account holder" section.

  • To add a recipient in IDR currency, you will need a minimum balance of IDR 10,000 in your IDR account.

  • There is no limit on the number of recipients you can add to your Aspire account.

How to delete recipients

  1. On your Aspire dashboard, go to "Manage Account" in the upper right corner and select "Manage Recipients" (web app). On the mobile app, go to "Account", choose "Manage Account", and then select "Manage Recipients".

  2. Select the recipient you want to delete.

  3. Click the three-dot button on the right side of the name.

  4. Click Delete.
